Tennis beginnings
Dudeney started playing tennis at around seven years old and began her journey at the Pavillion and Avenue Tennis Club in Hove, the same club as Sonay Kartal.
Dudeney said as a young child she would always have a bat and ball in her hand on holidays and then when she starting playing properly, she fell in love with the sport and would always beg her mum to take her back to the tennis court.
She later went on to play college tennis at University of Florida from 2021-2025, where she reached the NCAA doubles championships final four.
