Adult & Teenager Beginner / Improver coaching is for yellow ball players (13+ years) learning all the fundamental tennis strokes (technical) in a slower, safer and welcoming environment. This builds control & confidence before the game gets faster and more dynamic at the next level. We also develop tactical, physical & mental areas and hence on this course, you will be learning the 4 performance factors essential to enhance your game.
