Our 7-week Improvers Coaching Course runs from14:30-15:30 every Sunday.
This course is perfect for players who are new to badminton, or have recently completed our No Strings Develop Course, or are returning to the sport after a break and looking to rebuild their skills and confidence.
Delivered by a Badminton England-endorsed coach, the course covers all the essential skills needed to play the game, including grip techniques, footwork and movement, serving, and forehand and backhand shots.
Through fun, engaging sessions, your coach will help you develop confidence on court while introducing new tactics and techniques to improve your overall game. You will also learn effective movement patterns, shot selection, and match-play strategies to help take your badminton to the next level.
