Start your tennis journey.
Adult Beginners is designed for players aged 16+ who are new to tennis or have very little previous experience.
Sessions introduce the fundamental technical and tactical skills of the game, including serving, rallying, returning and movement. Players will learn through a mixture of coaching, drills and structured practices, while gradually building the confidence to play points.
The aim is to give you the skills and confidence to start playing tennis independently and progress into our Adult Improvers sessions.
