Adult Improver / Intermediate Coaching

This course is suitable for Improver level players who have possibly played for quite a while and are still developing consistency with ground-shots. You can sustain a rally of 6 to 8 shots by sending and receiving balls at a slow / medium pace. Your serve is focused on over and in and you can serve, rally, score on a full court. We will focus on the fundamentals of the game, such as proper grip, stance, footwork, and stroke production. We will work on improving your consistency, power, and accuracy, using various drills and exercises to help you develop your skills.
