Lets try and get one more course in before the winter weather really does come. The next block of coachng won't be until March after this one.
This course is suitable for players that wish to improve their current skill level. This will suit players that have attended 2, or more, Tennis Xpress classes in the past, or, have attended 1, or more, Adult Improver course.
Over the 5 weeks we will look various areas, including the below;
- efficient feet work for all ground strokes
- game play tactics singles
- game play tactics doubles
- In play match feed back
In this block we will play a lot more matches towards the end of the session, as this is where you will see the best improvements.
