Our beginner classes are designed for new players or those returning from a long abscence, those have not yet mastered the basics of Tennis and aren't yet able to rally with a player of a similar standard to themselves.
The curriculum seems to focus on:

Conditioned drills: These are structured practice sessions designed to improve specific skills under controlled circumstances.

Technical coaching: Coach fed balls that allow a player understand the basic technique in Tennis.
