Adults who have never played, or played very little, can sign up for free coaching sessions with a qualified coach. Within the coaching session you will learn the basics and have the opportunity to play some points. The coach will be on hand to give you tips to help you improve your game and get you feeling comfortable on court.

Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by motivating music and qualified instructors, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time. (ages 14 & up)
