Gentle Outdoor Padel Session for Seniors
📍 Padel Social Club, London SW6 1TT
A relaxed, friendly session for older adults living with dementia. Open to all abilities, with a light warm-up (seated or standing) followed by easy, flexible play. Participants can drop in and out, rest, or chat at their own pace. Carers are welcome but must book as participants.
Toilets and café available on-site. This is an outdoor session and will be cancelled in heavy rain (participants will be contacted by phone).
Equipment provided.
