Walking Tennis is a fun, relaxed version of tennis for all ages and abilities. There’s no running or jumping, and you can let the ball bounce twice, giving you more time to reach it. It’s perfect for building confidence, getting back into tennis after an injury, or simply enjoying the game at a gentler pace.
