Our Improver & Intermediate sessions are the next step once you’ve mastered the basics in Beginners or Tennis Explorers. This 7‑week programme helps you sharpen technique, build confidence and level up your match play through structured coaching and purposeful drills. Each week focuses on key technical and tactical themes, including cleaner stroke mechanics, improved movement, serve and return quality, and smarter point construction. You’ll learn how to use simple tactics such as direction, depth and court positioning to play more effectively. Sessions are active, supportive and designed to help you hit more balls, rally for longer and play with greater consistency.
