Tennis Xpress
is a structured six week beginner tennis course designed for adults, focusing on teaching the basics of the
game in a fun and supportive environment.
Tennis Xpress is ideal if you are:
- Completely new to tennis
- Returning after a long break
- Looking for a simple way to start playing regularly
By the end of the course, you will have the confidence to play social tennis and continue your development.
Tennis Xpress runs over six weekly sessions, delivered by LTA Accredited coaches.
Each session builds progressively, covering:
- Forehand and backhand technique
- Serving and returning
- Rallying and movement on court
- Basic scoring and match play
