Tennis Xpress is a six-week adult beginner coaching course designed for players who are new to tennis or returning to the game with some basic skills. Over six one-hour sessions, you'll build confidence through structured coaching using yellow balls, developing the essential skills needed to serve, volley, rally and score.It’s a fun, supportive and social way to improve your tennis, get active, meet new people and enjoy playing the game. By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence and skills to get on court and play!
