Tennis Xpress is a fun and friendly 6-week course for adults who are new to tennis or returning after a break.
Across the six weeks, you’ll learn the key skills needed to play the game, including serving, rallying, scoring and match play, with plenty of practical, game-based activities.
The aim is simple: to build your confidence, improve your tennis and get you ready to enjoy playing socially at the club.
