Tennis Xpress Plus is designed for players who have learnt the basics and now want to develop their game, build confidence and play more tennis.
Sessions will focus on improving your serving, rallying, movement and match play, while introducing simple tactics for both singles and doubles.
A fun, relaxed and social course aimed at helping you become more confident on court and ready to progress into our regular adult coaching programme.
Ideal for: Tennis Xpress graduates, returning players or anyone with a basic understanding of the game.
