🎾 Adults Beginners – Course Description
Our Adults Beginners sessions are designed for players who are new to tennis or returning after a long break. The aim is to build confidence, develop solid fundamentals and help you enjoy rallying from the very start. Sessions follow LTA guidance, focusing on simple technique, movement and friendly, game‑based learning. You’ll work on forehands, backhands, serves and volleys, while learning basic tactics such as direction and court positioning. Coaches create a relaxed, supportive environment where everyone progresses at their own pace. This group is ideal if you want to learn the basics, improve fitness and enjoy tennis in a fun, social setting.
