This female coach-led class combines technical coaching, tactical doubles games and friendly matchplay to help players improve their skills, build confidence and enjoy playing with others of a similar standard. Whether you're looking to develop your technique, learn new tactics or simply enjoy a great morning of tennis, every session offers the perfect balance of coaching, competition and social interaction.

With a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere, Ladies Morning is a fantastic opportunity to improve your game, stay active and meet new playing partners. After the session, players are welcome to stay at the café for coffee, refreshments and a chat.

Ideal for: Blue & Yellow standard = comfortable rallying, consistent serve/volleys and developing tactics/techniques within match play.
