This one-hour workshop for parents and children to attend together will focus on helping and supporting the player's mental skills. There will also be a focus on how parents and children can 'Set the Standard' by demonstrating fair play when at competitions.
The workshop will be delivered by Professor Chris Harwood and/or Dr Sam Thrower and it will aim to help players feel motivated and supported, providing practical guidance focused on their concentration, emotional control and confidence on court.
