Ladies 1st & 2nd team (intermediate / advanced) coaching is for the stronger yellow ball club players (13+ years) who are able to perform all the basic tennis strokes but wish to still technically improve in a faster drills type environment. This builds control, resilience & confidence under pressure and is a more physical way to cover the tactical & mental training involved in doubles play. Married with the aforementioned technical and physical development this course covers the 4 performance factors of the game.
